Location of Your Data via the EU

Lions’ Lightworker Services (“Lions”) is located in the United States and as such all data is stored and processed in the US. Personal data in the European Union is protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Consequences of NOT Providing Your Data

You are not obligated to provide your personal information to Lions. However, this information is required for us to provide you with our services and deliver your products. We will not be able to offer some or all of our services without it.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Lions only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary to serve the purposes described in this Policy. We will also retain and use your personal data for as long as necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements as needed internationally.
